THE PROGRAM
Exponential Impact’s Survive & Thrive Program began out of an acute need to support businesses that were struggling with the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. As financial first-responders, XI distributed $2.3 million in low-interest, non-recourse loans to 132 small businesses in Colorado Springs before any federal funding was disbursed, resulting in $156 million in economic impact.
In addition to access to funding, Survive & Thrive provides local businesses with access to programming, mentorship, and community.
SURVIVE AND THRIVE PROGRAMS
Survive and Thrive Accelerate COS Revolving Loan Fund pairs funding with holistic programming to support sustainable growth. The primary goals of the program are to offer an accessible program to accelerate economic growth, provide capital and expertise to local businesses, and create/retain jobs.
The Crisis Response COS Program is designed to support local small business community in navigating through unexpected crises that threaten their operational stability and future growth. This can range from natural disasters, to any significant event that poses a threat to the business's ability to operate effectively.
