The XI Accelerator is a Colorado-based program designed exclusively for emerging technology startup founders. We bring together startups from across the state to learn, grow, and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment - built for founders who are ready to move from momentum to scale.

We start with a 3-day (9am-3pm) mini-retreat where founders connect with fellow cohort members, mentors, and community leaders. This immersive experience builds relationships and sets the stage for the weeks ahead.

Each cohort is intentionally limited, ensuring personalized mentorship, meaningful connections, and targeted support tailored to your startup's unique needs. Funding is not guaranteed, however, we create numerous opportunities to connect with investors and key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Tuesdays: Virtual check-ins and expert speaker sessions (approx. 2 hours).
Thursdays: Alternating virtual session (2 hours) and in-person workshops (5 hours) featuring dynamic activities such as panels, roundtables, speed networking, and hands-on problem-solving sessions, designed to maximize engagement with local experts and peers.
Final Event: The program culminates with Demo Day, where cohort members present their pitches to a live audience, including community members, founders, VCs, angel investors, and other stakeholders. Held in our state-of-the-art facility inside the Switchbacks Stadium, this is a premier opportunity to showcase your progress and make valuable connections.

The Community Innovation Roundtable is a dynamic session designed to connect our SCALE companies with targeted professionals, community leaders, and industry experts who can provide valuable insights and support.
Over the course of the session, participants brainstorm to identify opportunities that can propel your business forward.
These discussions may spark partnerships, uncover valuable connections, address policy hurdles, assist you in meeting/attracting customers, or explore innovative solutions tailored to each company's unique challenges.
The possibilities are endless, and the goal is to foster actionable ideas that drive meaningful growth and impact for your startup!

Each participating company gains access to our program interns for approximately 5 hours per week of project work (max 55 hours).
Our college students bring fresh perspectives, energy, and valuable skills to assist with projects tailored to your business needs.
Whether it’s conducting research, supporting marketing efforts, organizing data, or tackling specific operational challenges, our interns provide meaningful support under your direction.
This benefit allows founders to focus on strategic growth while having the opportunity to delegate tasks and develop leadership skills.
