This program consolidates product innovation into a focused, 4-Part accelerator designed to guide early-stage teams from ideation to a validated MVP. The series is delivered as an in-person, small-group experience emphasizing hands-on creation, rapid iteration, and applied use of generative AI and vibe-coding tools.

Stephanie Hubbard
Stephanie Hubbard is a seasoned Product Experience Director and innovation leader with more than 20 years of expertise in UX research, UX/UI, product and industrial design, and design for manufacturing. As Head of Innovation at Humanity Innovation Labs™, she leads cross-functional teams at the forefront of IoE, AI, and edge computing - turning bold ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions. Stephanie is known for translating deep user insights into impactful digital and physical products that integrate emerging technologies with legacy systems across industries including semiconductors and advanced tech.
With a strong foundation in R&D and new product development, Stephanie has owned and evolved entire product ecosystems - from early-stage concept through commercialization - blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. She excels at guiding complex initiatives, aligning engineering, design, and business teams to deliver intuitive, human-centered innovations that redefine markets. Beyond her corporate leadership, Stephanie is an active mentor within the Exponential Impact community, where she supports emerging founders and has facilitated hands-on workshops to help startups refine product strategy and user experience. A BFA graduate in Industrial Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, she remains passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and collaborating with forward-thinking teams to shape what’s next.
